Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zakharova said on October 29 that the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is working with relevant departments to formulate practical responses to the involvement of British experts in the attack on Russia’s Black Sea Fleet and the British instructors training soldiers for Ukraine.
Zakharova said that the intelligence held by the Russian military showed that the United Kingdom was also involved in the sabotage of the Nord Stream-1 and Nord Stream-2 pipelines. The Russian side has repeatedly proposed a joint investigation into these incidents, and relevant proposals have been sent to the governments of Denmark, Sweden and Germany, but have been rejected.
