On October 10th, a vicious bug in Overwatch: Homecoming caused Torbjörn and Bastion to seriously disrupt the game balance, so Blizzard decided to remove the two characters for a period of time, but did not announce when they would be released. Fix the problem.
Today (October 20), Blizzard’s head of marketing, Jon Spector, announced on Twitter that at least Fortress will be back in the game on October 25. At the same time, Spector also announced that the “Junktown” map has been temporarily removed to fix a bug that affected graphics performance, and will return to the game on the same day.
Although Torbjörn is also being fixed, players will still be able to choose the character in Quick Play mode.
