According to the Chongqing Court Public Service Network, the Chongqing No. 1 Intermediate People’s Court is scheduled to hear the plaintiffs OPPO Guangdong Mobile Communications Co., Ltd., OPPO Guangdong Mobile Communications Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch, and OPPO (Chongqing) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. on October 27, 2022. sued the defendants Nokia Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Nokia Technologies Oy, and Nokia Corporation in the case of disputes over standard essential patent royalties.
