Nintendo’s Digital Millennium Copyright Act removes Dolphin Simulator from Steam
Today (May 27), the emulator “Dolphin Simulator”, which focuses on running GameCube and Wii games in full HD quality on the PC platform, published an official post saying that due to Nintendo’s official use of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to complain to Valve, “Dolphin Simulator” will be removed from the Steam platform.
It is reported that “Dolphin Simulator” announced its landing on the Steam platform on the day when the Nintendo Wii U and 3DS online digital store eshop officially closed, supporting SteamDeck. “Dolphin Simulator” is an emulator corresponding to the Nintendo game console GameCube and Wii. It allows PC gamers to experience games from both consoles in full HD (1080p) quality, with enhanced features such as PC controller compatibility, acceleration, multiplayer networking, and more.
