The construction site of the approved site and the demonstration zone of Guangyang Bay Zhichuang Eco-City was held in Chongqing Economic and Technological Development Zone. The first batch of charging and swapping stations is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of next year.
On August 19, 2022, the Chongqing Municipal Government issued the “Chongqing City Development Plan for Building a World-Class Intelligent and Connected New Energy Vehicle Industry Cluster (2022-2030)”. On September 28, the General Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government issued the “Chongqing Action Plan for Promoting the Infrastructure Construction and Service of Intelligent and Connected New Energy Vehicles (2022-2025)”, which clearly stated that Chongqing Real Estate Group should set up a green energy company to build ” Moderately advanced, well-balanced, intelligent and efficient” city-wide infrastructure and service system for intelligent networked new energy vehicles, with Guangyang Bay Zhichuang Eco-City as the core and “Nanshan, Nanping, Nanbin Road” as the focus, accelerating Build a demonstration zone for intelligent and connected new energy vehicle infrastructure, and comprehensively promote the construction and development of Guangyang Bay Zhichuang Eco-city.
It is reported that the Guangyang Bay Zhichuang Eco-City Demonstration Zone covers an area of 105 square kilometers and plans to build 150 charging and swapping stations. Some of the charging and swapping stations started this time have completed the overall design and investment, and some are starting the design work. It will be completed and put into use in the first quarter of next year.

The relevant person in charge of Chongqing Real Estate Group introduced that the construction of the Liujiaping Rail Station ecological parking lot project, which started construction this time, is an example. The functional formats include management rooms, comprehensive services, exhibition centers, delivery centers, experience centers, automatic car washes, car beauty and other supporting facilities.
