From January to September 2022, the company achieved operating income of 107 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.89%; net profit attributable to the parent was 48.6003 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.92%. The growth rate of the company’s net profit attributable to the parent company was lower than that of operating income, mainly due to the increase in costs in the third quarter and the impact of the epidemic.
Chaozhuo Hangke was listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board in July 2022. It is one of the few domestic companies that have mastered cold spray additive manufacturing technology and industrialized application in the field of aircraft maintenance and remanufacturing. It is mainly engaged in customized additive manufacturing and airborne equipment. Maintenance business mainly serves customers such as the military and its subordinate aircraft overhaul plants, subordinate units of military industry groups and civil aviation operating enterprises.
The company’s cold spray additive manufacturing series technology has been successfully applied to the field of airframe structure remanufacturing, solving technical problems such as fatigue crack repair of fighter landing gear beams. According to the company’s semi-annual report, the advantages of the company’s cold spray additive manufacturing technology applied to the repair of fatigue cracks in fighter landing gear beams are reflected in the realization of in-situ repair, safe and non-destructive repair, and enhancement of coating strength.
Industry insiders said that since the beginning of this year, the epidemic has brought operating pressure to many companies, especially the civil aviation transportation industry. The company’s civil aviation airborne equipment maintenance business has been affected to a certain extent; repeated epidemics have also led to poor supply chains and rising material costs. Super Air Branch has also been affected by rising prices for raw materials such as helium.
However, from the perspective of research and development, Chaozhuo Hangke continues to increase investment. In the third quarter alone, the company invested 3.6734 million yuan in research and development, a year-on-year increase of 50.71%; from the beginning of the year to the end of the third quarter, the research and development investment totaled 9.9091 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20.41%, accounting for 9.26% of operating income. On the one hand, the company accelerated the development of new products, talent reserve and training, and the company introduced high-end R&D personnel in the industry to increase the company’s future development momentum; on the other hand, the company focused on developing new products and launched a number of new R&D projects, driving related expenditures Grow, explore new app markets.
The 2022 semi-annual report shows that, based on the company’s leading technical level in the field of cold spray additive manufacturing, stable and reliable product quality, and long-term cooperation with the military, from 2019 to 2021, the company will be a base-level overhaul plant in A and B. The only supplier of cold spray repair for fatigue cracks of various types of fighter landing gear frames. In terms of parts manufacturing, Chaozhuo Hangke continuously develops and expands the application scenarios and downstream markets of additive manufacturing technology, and has developed targets suitable for the field of electronic devices and aviation fastener products suitable for high temperature and high pressure aviation environments. .
