Borosilicate glass tube furnace in Linuot Glass was ignited and put into production

On October 28th, the ignition ceremony of Linuo Te Glass’s borosilicate glass tube furnace was successfully held. After the project is put into production, it can produce about 5,000 tons of medium borosilicate glass tubes per year.

According to Yang Zhongchen, general manager of Linuo Te Glass, the company has been working intensively in the pharmaceutical packaging industry for more than 20 years. In view of the characteristics and difficulties of melting and molding of borosilicate glass, the company has used the accumulated oxygen combustion technology, platinum technology, and automated research and development capabilities over the years. etc., a number of targeted designs and advanced technologies have been adopted to achieve complex furnace design and fine process control. This project is the company’s independent research and development construction, the purpose is to break through the technical bottleneck, solve the “stuck neck” problem, and contribute to China’s pharmaceutical packaging industry.

Middle borosilicate glass is an important development direction of pharmaceutical packaging materials. Linuo Te Glass said that the company takes pharmaceutical packaging as its strategic direction, and has successively put into production projects such as the expansion project of medium borosilicate medicinal glass, all-electric intelligent medicinal glass production line, and lightweight medicinal molded glass bottles, which have effectively improved the company’s development speed. The mid-borosilicate glass tube furnace ignited this time is an important step in the strategic layout of Linuo Te Glass, which will effectively enhance the company’s market competitiveness in the field of mid-borosilicate medicinal glass.

It is understood that Linuo Te Glass will further expand the scale of pharmaceutical packaging products through the third phase of high-end pharmaceutical packaging material projects.
